Most dining sets arrive as somebody else's decision — one finish, take it or leave it. On these transitional pieces the top and the base are finished separately, and so are the chair frame and its seat, so a chalk top can sit on a denim base.

- Solid wood extension dining tables — a 48" round pedestal that opens to a 66" oval, a 60" leg table that opens to 78", and a 78" trestle dining table that opens to 94", each on a choice of two bases
- Dining chairs — three side chairs with a wood or upholstered seat, seating four to ten depending on the table
- A 58" buffet — sideboard storage with a full-width drawer, a two-door cabinet and open end shelving
- Five finishes — Chalk, Cognac, Wheat, Nickel and Denim, mixed freely across top and base
